Do not quote the headline alone

Offer names can mention free transfers, dine-around, kids-stay-free or all-inclusive upgrades. Those headlines are useful lead context, but the guest quote should only include terms that staff have verified for the exact dates, occupancy and room type.

Check stay dates

Many Maldives offers are valid only between specific dates or for a minimum number of nights. If a guest changes from four nights to three, the transfer benefit or discount can disappear.
